While gin may typically be associated with summer, the Manchester Drinks Company has launched a new liqueur to show just how autumnal the spirit can be. New Toffee Apple Gin Liqueur is here to usher in falling leaves and cosy scarves and we are fully onboard; especially as it costs just £8.

The small-batch liqueur infuses 'crisp sharp apple' and 'rich, smooth caramel' to create the nostalgic and well-loved toffee apple flavour. It's a perfect seasonal warmer for Halloween, Bonfire night, Diwali, or even Thanksgiving for those with ties to the US.

The brand has also shared a recommended serve for the drink, suggesting pouring over ice with fresh apple juice and garnishing with a slice of apple. You could even roll the rim of the glass in a thin layer of toffee sauce if you wanted to go all out with the toffee apple experience.

What to read next

It sounds like a delicious treat for getting into the spirit of the season; ideal for celebrating with your close family, or curling up on the sofa in a — perhaps rare — moment of peace and quiet.

Richard Benjamin, Director at Manchester Drinks said in the press release: “Beautifully flavoured gin is not just a summer drink, it’s the perfect tipple for any time of the year. Our Toffee Apple Gin liqueur is the perfect treat for Halloween and Bonfire Night for adults – who says kids get to have all the fun!”

We couldn't agree more.

The limited-edition gin is now available exclusively in Home Bargains stores nationwide for £8 per 500ml bottle, 20% ABV.
