Plums are also centre stage, as the pudding is made with the delicious juicy vine fruits of damson plums alongside sweet plums and glacé cherries, with almond for a little crunch. Packing an extra pink gin and plum punch, the pudding has a hidden Victoria plum and gin sauce centre to delight your family and guests further.
