Fever-Tree, known for its premium tonics, has released a line of sodas just in time for summer, and we honestly don't know which we want to try first.

The range is made up of four mouth-watering new flavours: Raspberry & Rose, Mexican Lime, Italian Blood Orange and White Grape & Apricot. Each sounds like the perfect way to turn a premium spirit into a fruity and sophisticated summer spritz; refreshing, easy to make and delicious.

The new soda flavours are designed to pair perfectly with different premium spirits. While the brand recommends mixing the Mexican Lime soda with Tequila, but will also work well with premium vodka.

What to read next

Gin lovers should try the Raspberry and Rose, made with delicately perfumed Damask rose petals for a floral lift and sweet late-harvest raspberries. The brand says the flavour accentuates the aromas of pink gin, and gives vodka spritzes a summery lightness.

The White Grape and Apricot mixer hasn't hit supermarkets yet but, when it does later this summer, the tartness of the grape and the sweet apricot are designed for spritzing with vermouths and bitters.

Finally, the Italian Blood orange mix, created with juicy Sicilian blood oranges and a blend of herbs, is ideal for mixing with Italian liqueurs, bitters and premium vodka, to create a thoroughly sophisticated spritz.

Heading to the Med may not be a possibility right now, but we're pretty sure with any of these spritzes in hand we'll feel like we're on the Riviera...

Can we drink all four flavours at once?
