Give your G&T a spring update with No.1 Wildflower Gin, a new flavoured spirit from the Cotswolds Distillery (the award-winning makers of the magical cloudy gin).
This new offering is a classic London dry gin, layered with a blend of cornflowers, lavender, rhubarb root and orange.
Inspired by the wildflowers of the Cotswolds and brought to life with premium botanicals, it's unlikely to disappoint. Plus, it has arrived just time for the spring spritzes that its colour and flavours lend themselves to so perfectly.
Now, we know we shouldn't judge a drink by its bottle, but the impossibly pretty label, covered in illustrations of wild English country flowers, is the perfect complement to the ruby red spirit, and we reckon it'll make a fine addition to any drinks cupboard or home bar.
The best bit? The new gin is currently being delivered for free, so we see no reason not to stock up now for the summer months.
Dan Szor, Founder and CEO of The Cotswolds Distillery, said in a release: “We were inspired to create Cotswolds No.1 Wildflower Gin by the long, relaxing drinking occasion and this, coupled with the growth in interest in the spritz serve, led us to create an exciting addition to our gin portfolio that can be enjoyed in a refreshing new way."
Its makers recommend enjoying the new No.1 Wildflower Gin poured over ice, and topped up with premium tonic as well as a slice of orange.
Then, just sit back and enjoy as the evenings grow warmer, appreciating the "floral notes of lavender with sweet bursts of fresh orange."
Summer spritzing, here we come!
