As we all learn to appreciate the small things, we're finding new daily delights. We all know about cloudy lemonade and cloudy apple juice, and I'm sure can all agree they're the superior variants. There's just something sophisticated about their old world charm. But have you ever tried a cloudy G&T?

Cotswolds Distillery's dry gin is non-chill filtered, a method which retains the oils in the gin. This means when mixed with ice or tonic a beautiful pearlescent cloud forms. It's the sophisticated big sister of colour change gin. And we're on board.

To make things even better, the Distillery has reduced free delivery from orders over £75 to orders over £25 during lockdown, meaning you can get your bottle delivered for free.

The gin is distilled with a blend of carefully-considered botanicals including freshly hand-peeled grapefruit and lime and local Cotswolds lavender - bringing a taste of the beautiful Cotswolds into your homes.

Instructions for the signature serve Cotswolds Cloudy G&T:

50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin

150ml Tonic Water

Garnish: Ideally a slice of grapefruit & fresh bay leaf

Fill a copa glass with ice – more ice means it holds its temperature better and won’t melt as quickly. Gently pour the gin over the ice, and watch the pearlescent louche forming. Top with a splash of classic Indian tonic water, to taste. Garnish ideally with a slice of pink grapefruit and a fresh bay leaf but a citrus garnish or a naked G&T will do!

Available for £34.95 from Cotswoldsdistillery.com
