Costa Coffee is kicking off the New Year with a bang as they unveil their new limited edition menu, which features their biggest ever vegan menu and a pink hot chocolate perfect for Valentine's Day.
The brand's Ruby Cocoa Hot Chocolate is made from ruby cocoa beans and topped with cream for a deliciously decadent treat. The rose-coloured beverage is described as being "lusciously smooth with a hint of fruitiness" - and if you fancy it, you can enjoy alongside a new vegan-friendly Strawberry Croissant filled with strawberry jam, too.
There are also three new coconut-based drinks launching this month, including the Coconut Flat White, Coconut Vanilla Latte and Coconut Hot Chocolate.
Another new launch for 2020 is the Vegan Smoky Ham & CheeZe Toastie that's a meat and dairy-free take on the classic sarnie, made with Quorn's deliciously smoky ham. It joins other vegan options on the menu this year including a Vegan Chilli Bean and Rice Pot with meat-free mince, red kidney beans, roasted red pepper, white rice and a spicy chilli tomato sauce.
For those not partaking in Veganuary, there are some much-loved favourites making a welcome return to the menu. Look out for the British Roast Chicken Salad Sandwich and the British Beef and Bolognese Mac & Cheese hitting stores in January.
If you're looking for something to satisfy those sweet cravings, the January menu also features the launch of a new Seriously Caramel and Hazelnut Cake and All Butter Belgian Chocolate Cookie.
The new menu is available in stores now.
