Vegan dessert fans have a brand new treat in store this month with the launch of the UK's first ever vegan ice cream burger from Ben & Jerry's.
Created in collaboration with BOSH!, the new ice cream burger is part of a limited-edition menu available at Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shops in London, Berlin and Rotterdam. It's only available from November 1-30, in celebration for World Vegan Month, so you'll have to get in quick if you want to try it for yourself.
The Im-BOSH-ible ice cream burger (£5.45) comes with your choice of Ben & Jerry's non-dairy ice cream stacked in a sweet vegan brioche roll, covered with speculoos spread and finished off by a salty sweet caramel sauce, crumbled speculoos cookies and a vegan whipped topping.
There's also a Toffee Apple Crunch Sundae (£5.95) which combines pecan granola, apple compote and caramel sauce layered over two scoops of Ben & Jerry's new Non-Dairy Cookies on Cookie Dough ice cream. It's topped off with apple crisps and caramel popcorn to add an extra bit of crunch.
The third new item on the menu is the Campfire Snuggle Hot Chocolate, (5.45) which is just as cosy as it sounds. It's made with a scoop of Ben & Jerry's Non-Dairy Chocolate Fudge Brownie melted with almond drink and cinnamon, giving you a smooth, fudgey hot chocolate with just the right amount of spice. With vegan marshmallows, caramel popcorn and whipped topping to finish it off, it's the sweet treat you'll want to warm up with during the cold season.
If the look of this menu tickles your tastebuds, you can find it at Ben & Jerry's Soho Scoop Shop on Wardour Street until the 30th November.
