As the rise of Quorn filled sausage rolls and pasties are at an all time high, more and more pressure is being put on the production of Quorn, because basically we bloomin' love the stuff and they just can't make enough of it!
Quorn is hugely benefiting from the soaring population of consumers looking to supplement their diets with more veggie, vegan and plant-based alternatives. Ideal for those of you who are looking to consume a little less meat.
It seems that 'flexitarianism' is also very much on the rise. A recent YouGov poll showed that for the first time, the majority of the UK population (52%) are reducing their meat consumption, while only 4% are strict vegetarians and 2% vegans.
The Cornish pasty is yet another way of tasting what British foods have to offer, hearty and comforting and that's why we love it!
