Halle Berry is no stranger to making a showstopping entrance at movie premieres and, for her latest appearance on Monday (12 August), she did just that as she arrived at the The Egyptian Theatre Hollywood in LA for a new screening.

The star stepped out on the red carpet in a fitted black midi dress with long sleeves, which featured sheer and lace panelling. We particularly love the scalloped edge detailing on the lace and hemline of the dress. Its striking construction meant the look spoke for itself, so Halle kept accessories to a minimum.

She added a pair of circular, snake-like silver earrings and wore her hair in soft waves to frame her face. The warm, smokey eyes makeup perfectly complemented her hair colour and skin tone, giving her a stunning glow as she posed for the paparazzi before heading into the event.

Halle was at the premiere of the new Netflix movie The Union in which she co-stars (as Roxanne) alongside Mark Wahlberg (who plays Mike).
According to IMDb, the plot follows Mark’s character, ‘Mike, a down-to earth construction worker, [who] is thrust into the world of super spies and secret agents when his high school sweetheart, Roxanne, recruits him on a high-stakes US intelligence mission’.
The Union airs on Netflix from 16 August.
