Nathalie Emmanuel arrived on the red carpet in a romantic white gown for the Cannes Film Festival on Thursday (16 May).

The British star looked stunning wearing a gown in the red carpet colour of the moment: white. Her floor length dress featured a full skirt of flower heads and a textured bodice with a black waistband - a classic and timeless silhouette which looked fabulous on Nathalie's frame.

To accessorise her look, Nathalie added a simple black clutch and stunning diamond jewellery. A circular diamond necklace with a bow design sat along her neckline, co-ordinating with a pair of starburst earrings.

Nathalie was pictured on the red carpet while attending a screening of the film Megalopolis, a science fiction drama directed by Francis Ford Coppola. Nathalie stars in the film and was joined at the event by fellow cast members including Aubrey Plaza and Adam Driver.

Adam Driver looked suave in a white tuxedo jacket while Aubrey opted for a vintage inspired silk gown in ivory, which she accessorised with turquoise jewellery.

Earlier this week, stars including Jane Fonda and Meryl Streep were on the red carpet for the opening night of the festival.

Jane Fonda looked fierce in a silver detailed suit with a statement leopard print coat draped over her shoulders. She accessorised with diamonds and a sweep of red lipstick.

Meryl Streep, on the other hand, wore a sweeping, floor-length wrap dress, and was also spotted looking chic in a white two piece suit over a striped shirt during the event.
