Michelle Dockery looked radiant in a fitted red dress to attend a special event in London on Tuesday (14 February).
The Downton Abbey star opted for a stunning square-neckline midi dress in a classic shade of red. Michelle paired the dress with strappy black stilettos and gold hoops earrings, keeping things chic and understated as the bright shade already makes the look a bold statement.
Michelle was attending the BFI (British Film Institute) Chairman's Dinner at The Rosewood Hotel, which took place on Valentine's Day. She was joined by her husband, producer Jasper Waller-Bridge, who is the brother of Fleabag's Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
At the event, filmmaker Christopher Nolan was awarded a BFI Fellowship. Christopher's latest blockbuster, Oppenheimer, was one of the biggest films of last year and starred Cillian Murphy in the title role. Cillian was also present for the occasion, and was photographed with the filmmaker after he received his fellowship.
In attendance at the glamorous evening along with Michelle were other British stars of the screen, such as Sir Michael Caine and Sir Kenneth Branagh. Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton also joined, with Zawe, like Michelle, also opting for a midi dress. Zawe's was pale pink with statement sleeves and embellished detailing across the bodice. Her husband, Tom, on the other hand, looked dapper in a deep navy suit and tie for the occasion.
