Meryl Streep reunited with her on-screen daughter, Amanda Seyfried during a sweet interaction at the Golden Globe awards on Sunday (7 January).
The stars met on the red carpet of the event, and Meryl was pictured kissing the cheek of her Mama Mia co-star, Amanda Seyfried.
Both wore glittering looks for the glamorous occasion, with Meryl opting for a dramatic sequin cape and floor-length, high-waisted skirt. She paired the ensemble with a pussy-bow white blouse and accessorised her look with a pair of black sunglasses and dramatic droplet earrings.
Meryl went for a classic beauty look to compliment her dramatic outfit. She wore her hair in a softly waved ponytail while her makeup was fresh and understated, with a blush pink lip.
Amanda was also in a sparkling look, wearing a deep purple gown with a smattering of glitter and she matched her smoky eyeshadow to the same mauve shade.
It wasn't just Amanda that Meryl Streep was catching up with at the awards ceremony. During the event, she was pictured with Robert Downey Jr and Harrison Ford, as well as cuddling up t0 her Only Murders in the Building co-star, Selena Gomez, who she was sat next to during the dinner.
It was for this show that Meryl nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a series, but the category was won in the end by Elizabeth Debicki for her performance as Princess Diana in The Crown.
The runaway success of the night, however, was Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer, which took away five wins on the night.
