Sarah Jessica Parker attended the Ambassador Theatre Group's annual summer party in the beautiful setting of Kensington Palace on Wednesday (13 September). Held in honour of Sarah Jessica and her husband, Matthew Broderick, a statement-making dress was definitely called for and the actress did not disappoint.
Sarah Jessica looked stunning in a statement-making green gown complete with a thigh-high split. She teamed the vibrant green design with contrasting metallic accessories — a pair of turquoise sandals and a sparkling lilac handbag finished the outfit perfectly. For her beauty look, the actress wore her signature blonde hair in soft waves. Her makeup consisted of a smokey eye and nude lip for a chic and classic style.
Sarah Jessica and Matthew attended the event together ahead of the launch of Plaza Suite, coming to the Savoy Theatre in January 2024. The 1968 Neil Simon comedy about marriage ran in New York last year and became the third-highest-grossing play revival in Broadway's history. When it transfers to London in the new year, it will see Sarah Jessica make her West End debut opposite her husband.
Sarah Jessica and Matthew were joined at the Kensington Palace party by celebrities including Jenna Coleman, James Norton and Cara Delevingne.
Earlier this summer, Sarah Jessica celebrated the return of And Just Like That — the Sex and the City spin-off that launched its second season back in June. Following its success, fans will be pleased to hear that series three of the show has recently been confirmed.
