With the announcements of this year's Strictly Come Dancing contestants, everyone is warming up for another season of dancing.
Tess Daly, known for her sparkly Strictly wardrobe, showcased her glitzy shoe wardrobe ahead of the show's start. We can always count on Tess to bring glamour to the weekly TV show, and the host hasn't disappointed, taking to Instagram to share a sneak preview of her glamorous collection of high heels.
The photo showed a magnificent collection of shoes, from gold open-toe sandals to pumps encrusted in rhinestones.
Two pairs of the pumps in the photo were a gorgeous sparkly pink, in line with this summer's Barbie-inspired trend. One pair of Jimmy Choo heels was embellished with glitter, while the other pair from Malone was dotted with gemstones with shimmery straps. These shoes looked like they stepped out of Barbie land in line with this year's hottest fashion trend.
The BBC released the lineup for this year's show last week, with the likes of actress Amanda Abbington, newsreader Krishnan Guru-Murthy and legendary presenter Angela Rippon taking to the dance floor. Turning 79-years-old in October this year, Angela will be the oldest contestant to dance on the popular show.
It's yet to be announced when the first show of the season will debut, but typically Strictly Come Dancing starts at the beginning of September. Needless to say, it won't be long before our favourite dancers are back on our TV screens...
