Fashion icon Trinny Woodall took to Instagram to share a preview of her latest Closet Confessions video on Saturday (12 August).
In the video, the star goes back to basics, and shows her followers how they can find their perfect pair of jeans.
To caption the styling video, Trinny said: "Finding the perfect pair of jeans is like finding that one friend that will never let you down – whatever the occasion may be, they’re always there (and always look fabulous)."
In the video, Trinny reveals that the key to finding the best jeans is focusing on making sure they're the right fit and suit your personal shape.
With everything from style, colour, and length playing a part in you finding the perfect jeans, Trinny shows three different styles that are her personal favourites.
Part of the wide-leg trouser family, Trinny first shows wide-leg jeans, which she suggests are great for those looking for more of a modern fit.
The stylist also discusses the topic of double denim. Trinny suggests that those who view themselves as top heavy, should opt for a darker denim on their top halves and a slightly lighter denim on their bottom halves. And vice versa, if you're more bottom heavy.
The star then goes on to show the difference between two popular styles of jeans: bootlegs and flares.
Trinny describes flared jeans as jeans that flare above and below the knee, whereas bootleg jeans tend to be tighter on the thighs and flare out at the bottom.
Subject to opinion, Trinny also expresses that flares tend to be more flattering, especially for those with pear-shape figures.
