The King and Queen paid a special visit in honour of 75 years of the National Health Service on Wednesday (5 July).
In a video shared to the official Royal Family social media accounts, King Charles and Queen Camilla can be seen meeting patients, and thanking staff for their continued hard work.
Some of the wards had been decorated with red, white and blue balloons and some of the patients held small Union Jack flags in honour of the royal visit.
A caption alongside the video said that the Royal Family were "Wishing the @NHS a very happy 75th birthday today" before adding a special note of gratitude to staff of the NHS: "Thank you for all the tireless and vital work that you do."
For the occasion, Queen Camilla wore a stylish, long sleeve midi dress with a fresh, floral print and looked the picture of summer. She paired the dress with low, closed toe heels in a chic cream tone.
Elsewhere, the Prince and Princess of Wales were also celebrating the NHS' special anniversary, and were joined by Great British Bake Off host, Mel Giedroyc.
The trio were helping set up for the NHS Big Tea and Prince William and Kate were spotted icing cupcakes and laying tablecloths ahead of the event, which was organised by NHS Charities Together.
The Princess of Wales also opted for a longer sleeved midi dress for the occasion, re-wearing a blue polka dot tea dress which she also wore to Wimbledon last summer.
