The Countess of Wessex stepped out in a crisp midi shirt dress during an official visit to the Bahamas, alongside her husband, Prince Edward (The King's brother).
Sophie Wessex opted for a white cotton dress with a fitted shirt bodice and gathered skirt, to see "the work of the Governor General’s Youth Award (GGYA) - the @intaward on the Islands," of the Bahamas, according to a tweet by the Royal Family.
Prince Edward and Sophie Wessex have been visiting the Cayman Islands, the Turks and Caicos Islands and the Bahamas to support their various patronages and meet local communities and businesses.
Sophie's shirt dress is the perfect blend of formal and daywear, while suiting the warmer climate. This style dress would be a fresh yet versatile choice as we head into the spring months and, over the trip, the Countess wore at least two other midi dresses but in bolder prints.
A series of photographs shared by the Royal Family on their official Instagram account shows Sophie meeting members of the community in a floral printed shirt dress, as well as posing with children in a green, long sleeve midi dress.
