Ruth Langsford injected some colour into the New Year with a bold look for the Loose Women panel.
Ruth took to instagram to share her vibrant ensemble on Tuesday (4 Jan), ahead of appearing on the ITV Daytime show.
The presenter opted for a bright pink two piece suit by high street brand Zara, featuring floor-skimming, wide leg trousers and a single-breasted blazer.
The pressed line down the front of each trouser leg, paired with the fitted jacket, offers a formal effect while the vibrant colour keeps the look fun.
Styling the suit over a plain white t shirt also lets the colour doing the talking. Ruth even continued the same bold tone right down to her toes, as she finished the look off with a pair of pointed toe stiletto heels.
In her post, Ruth gives a twirl of her outfit backstage on the set of Loose Women. In a caption alongside the clip, Ruth said that she was, "In the Pink to be back on" the day's episode of Loose Women.
The bold, colourful outfit was the perfect way to welcome in the New Year and add a splash of colour to the gloomy winter month.
If you're inspired by Ruth's take on the 'dopamine dressing' trend (wearing clothes that make you feel upbeat - usually bright colours), take a look at some of our favourite suits from across the high street, in a range of fits, styles colours.
Bold as well as chic.
