The Countess of Wessex stepped out looking smart and stylish in the heatwave on Sunday (18 July), as she and Prince Edward attended the British Grand Prix.
During their visit, the royal couple visited the McLaren garage where they thanked the Formula One team for its support of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE).
McLaren is joining forces with the DofE to encourage the public to take part in its new charity fundraising challenge, Do It 4 Youth, which aims to help young people from deprived communities take part in the scheme.
Before the race, they also chatted to racing drivers Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo.
Sophie opted for a sleeveless summer dress for the race at Silverstone, with a statement red and white print, and a flattering midi hemline.
The royal completed her look with a coordinating white clutch bag and a pair of classic white wedges.
Wedged sandals are a popular summer shoe for the royals, with the Duchess of Cambridge frequently sporting a neutral pair by high-end brand Castañer during official engagements.
While we're not sure exactly where Sophie's outfit hails from, we're loving her chic look for summer events, so here are a few high street alternatives we have found above to shop now...
