While the biggest hair trend of 2019 has been going from long to short, Emilia Clarke did the opposite at the 2019 Emmy Awards, revealing a transformation of her bob into a waist-length 'do.
Wearing a deep blue Valentino Haute Couture dress, the Game of Thrones actress sported ultra-long hair extensions that looked entirely realistic. It nodded to Jennifer Lopez, who regularly sports her long, straight extensions in a similar style, as Clarke confirmed on Instagram.
"@jlo just as heads up you have inspired this years lewk," she wrote alongside a picture of her hair and make-up.
Behind the hair were celebrity stylists Eddie Cook, who colour-matched the extensions to Clarke's base colour, and Jenny Cho, who styled it straight with a glossy finish.
Make-up artist Jillian Dempsey gave the actress a glamorous and glowy look, with a slightly brownish-nude lip that too had J-Lo vibes.
