Well when it comes to your perfume you can and it turns out it might not be as much as you think.
Fans of the Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume are snapping up this high street version at record rates, and they swear it smells just the same.
The new Eve Truth fragrance retails at just £14 from Avon and since it's release one bottle has been sold every 20 seconds.
The pretty scent is four times cheaper than it's luxury counterpart (at £68) and was created by renowned French perfumer Laurent Le Guernec. It features notes of amber, gardenia, peony, and cedarwood for an irresistible multi-sensory experience that encompasses femininity, elegance, sensuality and strength.
Reviews on the Avon website notably compare the smell to that of Marc Jacobs Daisy, and praise it as the perfect spring scent.
One customer shared; "My rep said this smells like Daisy…it does! I’m so happy with it, I will be telling my friends about it". While another commented; "Worth every penny! Really has a similar scent to Marc Jacob's Daisy fragrance. Loving it!"
