Holly Willoughby shows us how to wear animal print on This Morning

We're over the moon that animal print is still as hot as ever, after easily being one of our favourite prints of winter 2018.

Keeping the eye-catching print at the forefront of fashion, the high street has countless styles and variations on offer, but our favourite at the moment is the pleated midi skirt.

The style was worn by Holly Willoughby on This Morning, who looked effortlessly chic in a £49 Warehouse leopard print pleated skirt.

Holly paired the super chic, and very flattering, skirt with a bright red, John Lewis cashmere jumper and nude pointed-toe heels.

Holly's bright choice of jumper prompted her followers to discuss just how well the print works with other items, as leopard print is made up of neutral colours.

'TOTALLY agree' with the red and leopard print combo'

One follower wrote: "I’m with you, I LOVE all things leopard but as leopard is a neutral colour you can literally wear all colours of the rainbow - give yellow, pink, green a go if you haven’t already," another added: "I love all the lepoard print atm [at the moment], would never think to put red with this but it goes so well together."

Even John Lewis themselves chipped into the conversation, revealing they "TOTALLY agree" with the red and leopard print combo.

The retailer also posted: "We LOVE today’s outfit, Holly. Glad animal print isn’t going away anytime soon!"
