The Easter weekend is almost here and we honestly cannot wait to spend time with friends and family, and eat all the delicious Easter eggs, hot cross buns and prep our epic roast lamb kleftiko for Sunday lunch.
The weather is set to be pretty good too, across the whole of the UK, with most parts being mostly dry (some rain expected in the North-West) and generally a light cloud cover. With temperatures reaching up to 18C for those in south-eastern England.
But, we don't want to get caught out and find our nearest supermarket is shut on the day we need it. We're sure you're the same, so here's a full list of every supermarket and their opening hours over the Easter long weekend:
Aldi:
- Good Friday: 8am - 10pm
- Easter Saturday: 8am - 10pm
- Easter Sunday: Closed
- Easter Monday: 8am - 8pm
ASDA:
ASDA stores will mostly be open across the whole weekend, but the larger stores will be shut on the Sunday.
- Good Friday: 7am - 10pm
- Easter Saturday: 7am - 10pm
- Easter Sunday: Closed (smaller stores may be open but check individual store times)
- Easter Monday: 8am - 10pm
Co-op:
Co-op have stated that store opening hours can vary so customers are encouraged to check with their local stores or online, but most should follow the following hours:
- Good Friday: Open as usual
- Easter Saturday: Open as usual
- Easter Sunday: Any large Co-op stores (over 280 square metres) will be closed
- Easter Monday: Open as usual
Iceland:
Iceland stores will be open Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Monday, although those is shopping centres may be an exception. We'd suggest using their store locator to check your nearest store opening hours.
