The pillow has a cover that reacts to the user's body temperature and adjusts as necessary. So when you're hot, the fabric cools down and when you're cold, the fabric warms up.

The cooling side of the pillow is memory foam which has become an increasingly popular choice in mattresses and pillows due to its ability to be able to mould itself to the user. The other side is made from a layer of ultra fine synthetic fibers which provides a softer feel.
