Brew the coffee according to pack instructions, then let it sit while you assemble the dessert.
Add 2 scoops of ice cream to each bowl, then pour over coffee and a shot of Amaretto, if you like. Crumble biscuits over the top with a few chocolate coffee beans. Serve immediately.
