Christmas decorations started appearing in shops in September, and Christmas adverts on our TVs at the beginning of November.
So perhaps it'll come as no surprise that Christmas is officially coming earlier and earlier every year.
New research by the Royal Statistical Society shows that Christmas-related Google searches started as early as 19 August and 25 August in 2012 and 2013 respectively.
In stark contrast, Brits started planning Christmas a whopping three months later in November just seven years ago in 2007.
Data analyst Nathan Cunningham said, 'While this of course seems absurdly early it should be borne in mind that the beginning of the Christmas period here reflects a marked change in our mindsets to thoughts of Christmas, and not the beginning of the full-blown holiday season.
'Nevertheless, it would appear that the prevailing notion is correct: Christmas is indeed coming earlier every year.'
Meanwhile, in our first ever festive #GHChat, Good Housekeeping readers revealed they started planning in September.
