The best Jones Road products, including the 'miracle' that got us age-checked

Bobbi Brown invented the entire gel liner formula back in the days of her eponymous beauty brand, so it nobody was surprised when an updated version entered the Jones Road catalogue. Miracle Balm is the product that started it all, and is arguably the most iconic Jones Road product ever. It was created by Bobbi back in 2020, when she found herself craving an easy antidote to the fatigued, bare-faced look of lockdown. GH beauty director Lynne is a huge fan, especially after wearing it to a hospital appointment and getting identity-checked by the doctor. 'He thought he must be in the wrong room, having seeing my age on the notes! A miracle indeed!' says Lynne

Although the slightly larger brush may seem daunting at first, it's actually the key to what creates brows that are so fluffy and defined. Wanting a product that created natural-looking, statement brows while being effortless (a common theme that runs through all Jones Road products), Bobbi Brown has really delivered. Coming in six shades, this non-flaking formula provides great wear whilst also conditioning the brow-hair thanks to a special form of vitamin B5.

If you're normally wedded to cream-based bronzers, this silky powder formula will the one to make you stray. As Bobbi herself notes, a good matte bronzer is "a staple that everyone should have in their kit." It lasts forever, doesn't dry out skin, and goes on as a subtle, sheer wash of bronze you can build if you prefer. You can trust Bobbi (and us) that this one won't leave you stripy."

The easiest to wear lip product you'll ever meet. This is pretty, translucent colour that can be built up to be something more pigmented without ever feeling heavy. Because The Lip Tint is on the sheer side, it's really forgiving to lips that feel a little dry, and can be reapplied throughout the day while still feeling comfortable. We love the shade range too: it features everything from vibrant reds and corals to subtle pinks.

By her own admission, Bobbi isn't a traditional matte lipstick girl, saying she finds it a bit heavy and ageing on her face. This lip colour, though, is ideal for adding a subtle boost of colour while also smoothing away any chapping or roughness with a balmy formula rich in botanical oils. When the GH beauty desk got samples in for our first-look review, we all agreed it was 'Miracle Balm for lips' – the very highest of praise.

Don't be fooled by this humble-looking pencil - its transformative powers are mighty. It's a colour-correcting (or neutralising) stick concealer which works hard to rid the under-eye area of dark circles, shadows and redness. The non-drying, creamy formula comes in a range of peach and pink undertones to combat darkness on all skin tones.

Bobbi has always understood that beautiful, natural-looking makeup starts with good skin (hello, Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base). And that ethos is evident in her Jones Road product development. Made with multi-tasking in mind, this super serum packs in vitamins C, B and E to brighten and nourish, alongside hyaluronic acid derivative sodium hyaluronate to hydrate. The cherry on top? The serum's cooling, de-puffing metal rollerball applicator.

Easy to apply and delightful to use, this bronzer's gel-like consistency makes it a great, ultra-versatile option. It's lightweight texture ideal for those desiring a delicate touch of tan, while its build-ability suits those wanting a more bronzed look. Bobbi says you can use it "on bare skin, mixed with your moisturizer, or over your What The Foundation". There's no showy sparkle or shiny reflective finish, just natural-looking, healthy glow.

Forget the tacky, sticky, gloss of your past. Jones Road took gloss back to the drawing board and gave it an upgrade with this lightweight, moisturising formula which glides onto lips and plumps with peppermint. It's a little tube of joy.

Don't misunderstand the texture. While What The Foundation may look thick, it's actually a hybrid between a tinted moisture balm and regular foundation, and you only need a tiny amount to give light, seamless coverage. Dry skins will drink it up – it's packed with nourishing ingredients like jojoba oil to give you a fresh-faced look that won't sit in parched patched or fine lines. While the coverage is light, you can use The Face Pencil on areas that need a little more coverage, and maintain that true to skin look.

Does what is says on the pot! The five shades are inspired by, and designed to enhance, the natural flush of the skin, while the talc-free powder means it's not the claggy powder blush you're used to. Bobbi's 'makeup secret weapon' has always been a pretty pink blush to wake up the complexion and give an injection of youthfulness – and this is indeed The Best way to achieve it.

Pencil eyeliner is a timeless classic, and Bobbi has ensured it stays wearable whether you're looking to add a soft wisp of definition or create more dramatic smoky look. This pencil comes in six beautifully pigmented shades, inspired by the “no-frills,” ultra-rich formulas popular in the 1970s but updated with skin-nourishing ingredients like vitamin E for a non-scratchy feel.

In shades of Cool Rose, Midas, Opal and Bronze, this oil is all shimmer and no glitter. If you're looking for mega volt dazzle it's not the product for you, but if you want to wake up your complexion with a subtle lit from within glow, this is a winner. Just dab it on any areas you want to add a little radiance - it's just as good on collarbones as cheekbones.

If you're looking for intense, nourishing moisture, this Miracle Cream is for you. It's particularly comforting for super-dry skin types, and you can even apply it all over as a hydrating and plumping overnight mask.
