From the moment she wore that safety-pinned Versace dress, Elizabeth Hurley has become renowned for her attention-grabbing fashion. Whether it’s lingerie-style slip dresses on the red carpet or ever-more skimpy bikinis on her Instagram, she’s never struggled for outfits that make the most of her eternally-toned figure.
But for her 60th birthday, she’s taken a rather different tack, posing completely naked bar a full face of Estée Lauder makeup!
The actress and model celebrated the landmark birthday with a very cheeky photograph posted to her Instagram, showing her beaming ear to ear in her birthday suit. A stark-naked Elizabeth is seen posing in a sunlit field, sitting cross-legged on the grass, with arms artfully placed to protect her modesty.
While she’s entirely au natural from the neck down, her face is immaculately made up with her signature smokey eye and glossy nude. Presumably the makeup comes courtesy of her long-standing work for Estée Lauder, since Elizabeth namechecks the brand in her caption.
She writes: Happy birthday to me! There’s no confirmation of who was behind the lens but the caption might give a clue. The ‘in love’ comment refers, of course, to her full-throttle relationship with country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, which has accelerated from Instagram official at Easter to full-blown soulmates in June.
He’s quickly become a huge influence on Elizabeth’s aesthetic, with the gorgeous model adopting a succession of country-girl braids and plaits. Yee-haw.
A quick scan of the post’s comments reveal that actress Pasty Kensit is among those sharing the big day with Elizabeth (and sharing her approval of the new romance, calling it ‘true love’).

Playing Vanessa Kensington in the iconic Austin Powers franchise, Elizabeth Hurley brought 60s space age beauty to the screen. Her iconic silver get-up was paired with a large flipped pony, side-swept bangs and a frosty smokey eye.
Following a two-year search, in 1995, Estée Lauder announced Elizabeth as their new ‘face’.
