Now she’s just launched Volumizing Tinted Brow Gel, and it promises to be her easiest-ever eyebrow perfector.
GH had a sneak preview on Zoom weeks ago – from the woman herself, no less – and we’ve been testing out the product on repeat ever since. While it’s called a gel, it’s actually more of a mousse texture, and comes in nine shades, including warm, cool and neutral tones. As such, Anastasia promises there’s something for everyone.

Better still, she’s designed the product to be intuitive to use, making it ideal even for beginners. It’s applied using a cleverly shaped brush, one side with longer bristles to disperse the pigment quickly across the whole brow, and then a shorter one to fluff, shape and define. The idea is mess-free, fuss-free application, and an effect that’s buildable, flattering, and enhances all eyebrow shapes.

Earlier this year, I wrote – with some relief – about the rise of the ‘normal brow’. After years of watching eyebrow trends swing between extremes of super-skinny and brushed-up thick, I was delighted to see the needle settling on a happy medium, where brows can be their lovely, natural selves, just a little more groomed.
Now, as final proof, the Eyebrow Queen herself has launched the ultimate in normcore brow perfection. Volumizing Tinted Brow Gel is a joy for anyone who baulked at brows being brushed vertically and gelled into gravity-defying submission.
Here is a product that loves brows just as they are. The mousse formula gives a soft, fluffy finish, thickening brows naturally rather than attempting a combover-like stretching. While many eyebrow products demand dextrous wrists and serious sketching skills, ABH's newbie is pretty much foolproof.
The pigment is rich and sumptuous too; plumping and enhancing hair’s natural texture rather than leaving it crispy or greasy. Speaking as someone who’s skipped their brow tints for far too long, I’m finding this a very handy next best thing. I also like the way it’s buildable: one stroke for a fairly subtle boost and a second to really pump up the colour.
Also, can I give a shout-out to the brush? It’s like nothing I’ve used before, and the way the bristles grip and coat every hair is impressive. All I have to do is rotate the brush 180 degrees, and I’ve switched from the long to short bristles, which makes it easy to get a soft, volumised finish with no harsh lines. Imagine a bit of gentle backcombing, but for your eyebrows.
It’s worth nothing that there’s little-to-no hold to this product so you might want to add a little clear wax if your brows are unruly but do it sparingly. Brows have been far too constricted for too long, so I’m very much in favour of letting them breathe and enjoy the freedom. Long may it last.
