When the actor shared a new post on Instagram and amongst the beautiful NYC skyline pictures, we spied two selfies of her debuting a brand new hair colour.
Plus, along with the new colour – which is dark brown – Phoebe appears to have chopped a few inches off of her long luscious lengths and got a fringe.
