This three-ingredient sorbet is like a pint of cold lager, but better! Simply stir, freeze, whizz and freeze again for a refreshing treat on a boiling hot day.Â

Ingredients
- 990 ml
lager
Juice 2 limes
- 100 g
caster sugar
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl or jug, mix all of the ingredients, until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into a freezer-proof container. Cover and freeze for 4hr.
- Step 2Scrape into a high-speed blender and whizz until white in colour.Â
- Step 3Return to the freezer-proof container and freeze for a further 4hr or up to 1 month. Serve.
Try with IPAs or sour beers for an alternative taste.Â
