Ingredients
700g
cauliflower florets
2
x 350g tub ready-made cheese sauce
1tsp.
Dijon mustard
50g
mature Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
40g
fresh breadcrumbs
Directions
Step 1Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6. Cook the cauliflower in a large pan of boiling water for 3-5min, or until just tender. Drain well and leave to steam dry in colander for 5min.
Step 2Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together the cheese sauce with the mustard.
Step 3Tip the cauliflower into a 1.5 litre ovenproof dish, pour over the cheese sauce mixture, followed by the grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Cook in oven for 35min until bubbling and golden. Serve hot.
