The only thing better than beauty products that deliver results is finding them on sale — and now’s your chance. Many of our Good Housekeeping Beauty Award-winning picks are deeply discounted for Amazon Prime Day (now through July 11).
With so many beauty products on the market, it can be tough to identify what really works. That’s why the Good Housekeeping Institute rigorously tests and highlights the best. From over 589 submissions this year, we selected top-performing makeup, skincare, haircare and body care products. If you’ve been eyeing one but holding off, this is the perfect opportunity to snag high-performing products at super-low prices.
GH Beauty Award winners on sale now:
Coco & Eve Sunny Honey Bali Bronzing Foam
- An airy mousse with realistic bronzing effects, this foam ranked high among testers for its fast absorption and texture. Plus, 100% of testers reported that the color appeared natural.
Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Face Lotion
- Not only does this hydrating pick (which can be used on the face or body) absorb "quickly," per users, but it was found to increase skin moisturization by 23% over a six-hour period in the Lab's Corneometer tests.
Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Moisturizing Body Oil
- A skin-softening oil blend featuring plant oils, our Lab tests showed that this great-smelling product increased skin moisturization by 19% in eight hours — and testers reported improvements in the appearance of stretch marks over time.
Dazzle Dry Prima Ballerina System Kit
- A quick-drying formula earned this set a cult following, but the four-step system (prep, base coat, polish, top coat) also held up in our tests. GH Beauty Lab Director Sabina Wizemann tried it at home and in a nail salon, finding that “the application was quick and it dried in just five minutes.” She also noted, “My manicure lasted 20 days without chipping.”
John Frieda ULTRAfiller+ Thickening Shampoo
- This shampoo delivers a noticeable volume boost for those with fine hair. "My hair felt thicker and fuller after just one wash," one tester shared.
Goldwell StyleSign Air-Dry BB Cream
- Not only can this lightweight styling cream help "polish" strands without heat, per a tester, but a GH Beauty Lab scientist and editor named it a hair care favorite. “I almost always air-dry my naturally wavy hair, and no product has made it look better without heat or any other stylers,” a tester said.
Dove Beauty Whole Body Deo Coconut & Vanilla Cooling Spray
- Winning over testers for its comfortable feel on skin and long-lasting scent, this deodorant also outperformed all other deodorants tested. It earned top scores for its effortless application, which soaks in quickly, per our Lab.
Bliss Lemon & Sage Body Butter
- A “relaxing, refreshing” citrus-herbal scent, per our testing, combined with deep skin nourishment, makes this body butter stand out. Our testers highly rated the shea butter formula for its fast absorption, easy spreading and lack of an oily or sticky feel.
CeraVe Intensive Moisturizing Lotion
- Ceramides, shea butter and hyaluronic acid give this lotion powerful moisturizing properties, per our Lab. Among testers, it was highly rated for its ability to keep skin looking and feeling moisturized all day without requiring reapplication.
Garnier Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm
- Wizemann notes that this luxurious balm completely removed waterproof eyeliners and left skin "soft to the touch." It also works as a mask.
