As a shopping editor who has tested dozens of jeans, I know how hard it is to find the perfect pair of pants. So when I heard my co-workers raving about a pair universally flattering jeans that were actually comfortable, I knew I had to try it for myself. The best part is, these editor-loved jeans are on sale right now for just $54.

Abercrombie & Fitch Low Rise Baggy Jean

Low Rise Baggy Jean

Our editors are obsessed with Abercrombie denim — in fact, the brand has made the cut in several of our denim roundups, including our favorite high-waisted jeans, skinny jeans, mom jeans and boyfriend jeans. The Low-Rise Baggy Jeans were named our experts' best overall baggy style for their relaxed fit and impressive size range.

"When I think of the quintessential baggy jeans, nothing quite compares to these," said one of our testers. "The low-rise pair has quite literally stopped my co-workers in their tracks to ask me where to get one of their own."

Initially, I was skeptical about these so-called "Goldilocks jeans," since I normally prefer high-waisted styles. But after trying them out myself, I was genuinely impressed by how good they made me feel. The low-rise silhouette (which is more of a mid-rise, in my opinion) is surprisingly flattering with a relaxed fit. I also love how the baggy cut isn't too oversized. Best of all, they're comfortable enough to sit in for hours, since the lower rise prevents the waistband from digging into your ribcage.

Our editors love that Abercrombie denim comes in an expansive size range that accommodates a variety of body types, and this pair is no exception. The Low Rise Baggy jeans are available in sizes 23 through 37 and five different inseam lengths from extra short to extra long. You can also shop the Curve Love version, which offers an extra two inches of fabric throughout the hip and thigh.

Since they're on sale, you might as well pick up more than one pair — and you have plenty of options since they come in 35 (!) different washes at the time of writing. Or, check out the Ultra Loose silhouette for a slouchier look. These baggy jeans aren't the only Abercrombie style on sale right now, so it's worth grabbing a few different pairs to complete your closet. Save on these editor-loved styles and more before Abercrombie's denim sale ends on Monday, February 9.
