The Best Dyson Airwrap Cyber Monday Deal

Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler Complete

Airwrap Multi-Styler Complete

The overview: The Good Housekeeping Institute Beauty Lab tests hundreds of hair tools (including blow dryers, straighteners and curling irons), and the Dyson Airwrap impressed us from day one. When it first launched in 2018, it quickly became the prototype for a styling tool that can do it all, with the ability to dry, curl, and smooth to salon-quality results.

Our Lab tests showed: This is the priciest multi-styler on the market, but it's highly versatile tool and surprisingly gentle on hair. One analysis by our Beauty product testing pros showed that the original Airwrap with the round brush attachment reached only 158ºF at its highest temperature and airflow — far cooler and therefore less damaging than a flat iron or curling iron that can reach temperatures of 350ºF or more. Because of this, the Airwrap is less damaging to hair over time.

Today's deal: If you have fine hair or concerns about damage but can't stomach paying full price for a Dyson, you're in luck: It's $100 off during this year's Cyber Monday sale. And while this isn't necessarily jaw-dropping — the $500 sale price is the same as it was during October Prime Day and still significantly more than the Shark Flexstyle at full price — it is worth taking advantage of if you've been eyeing this model.

The Best Shark Flexstyle Cyber Monday Deal

The overview: The Shark FlexStyle, which launched in 2022 and also comes with an arsenal of attachments for a sleek at-home blowout or voluminous curls, quickly rocketed to viral fame as the most promising Dyson Airwrap dupe at around half the price. In tests, it impressed our Beauty Lab experts so much that it earned a 2023 GH Beauty Award.

Our Lab tests showed: Our analysis shows the Shark Flexstyle does run hotter — one analysis by our Beauty Lab product testing pros revealed that the Shark reached 183ºF on average, which is a 25-degree difference. It is, however, the more versatile option. It converts into a hair dryer amd comes all kinds of thoughtful attachments that Dyson lacks. And even though its MSRP of $300 is still a big spend, it's half the price of the Dyson Airwrap.

Today's deal: During this year's Cyber Monday sale, you can score almost 25% off the Shark FlexStyle, which brings the price down to $229. That's a whopping 54% less than the Dyson Airwrap's sale price. We've seen the FlexStyle sell out across retailers over the weeeknd — one of the only places left with them in stock is Amazon and Macy's.

The bottom Line: Which deal is better today?

You can’t go wrong with either brand, but if you’re looking to buy a powerful and versatile styling tool at a good price during Cyber Monday 2024, the Shark Flexstyle is the better deal. And today is definitely the day to buy a multi-styler, since Shark's model is currently at it's lowest price ever. That's why it's selling out so fast — Sephora and Nordstrom are already out of stock.
