Is Amazon Prime Day a good time to buy luggage?
Yes! Amazon Prime Day is a great time to purchase new luggage, says Lexie Sachs, executive director of strategy and operations at the GH Institute. "Many of our top-tested luggage brands are available for purchase at Amazon, and we've seen them heavily discounted during Prime Day," she says. For example, Samsonite had discounts up to 60% off during day one of Prime Big Deal Days last fall.
"Since luggage is an investment, it's a great time to take advantage of the deals on items you can continue to use for years," Sachs says. We love keeping an eye out for luggage set deals during Amazon Prime Day, so you can upgrade for the whole family for a lot less per suitcase.
