The highly-anticipated sequel to the 1996 film debuted on Netflix on July 25, and folks can see Adam Sandler reprise his beloved role as reluctant golfer Happy Gilmore. Given how this movie catches fans up with Happy almost three decades after the original film left off, it's only fair viewers learn what the character has been up to over the years. But Adam is far from the only familiar face in this movie.

While Adam's wife Jackie wasn't in the original Happy Gilmore film, fans will get to see her make a cameo at some point in the movie's sequel. What's more, folks have seen her pop up in plenty of Adam's other films, like Hubie Halloween, Murder Mystery, 50 First Dates and more.

Sadie and Sunny Sandler
Born in 2006 and 2008 respectively, Adam's daughters have appeared in a number of their dad's films. Sunny in particular is a budding actress, as the star of You're So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah! and playing Vienna Gilmore in Happy Gilmore 2. In fact, the premise of the sequel is that Sunny's character pushes Happy back into the world of golfing!
Julie Bowen
Reprising her role as Virginia Venit in Happy Gilmore 2, fans may also recognize her for her Emmy Award-winning role as Claire Dunphy in Modern Family. As for how she learned there would be a Happy Gilmore sequel, it came from a rumor one of her sons brought to her attention.
"'Mom, they're doing a sequel. You're not in it,'" she said on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. "I was like, 'Oh, uh, that's cool.' [And, he says,] 'Sydney Sweeney's in it. Yeah. She took your role.' I was like, 'What is happening?' [and he asks] 'Can you get me on the set?' ... Adam called me and was like, 'That's nonsense,'" she recalled. "And we had a great time doing it."
Ken Jennings
Fans may remember seeing former The Price Is Right host Bob Barker make a cameo in Happy Gilmore back in 1996. Well, it seems like Ken will take over the game show host role when he pops up at some point in Happy Gilmore 2.

Travis Kelce

Ben Stiller
While his portrayal of retirement home orderly Hal L. was uncredited in Happy Gilmore, fans can expect Ben to reprise the role once again in the 2025 sequel.
