Emma Stone's MASSIVE Texas Dream Home Just Hit the Market for $26.5 Million
It's one of the most expensive listings in Austin.

Emma Stone might be known for her impressive, award-winning filmography, but it turns out the actress also has an excellent eye for real estate. Last year, the Poor Things star put her charming Los Angeles abode on the market for $4 million—and it was snatched up in two weeks. Now, Stone is listing her Austin estate, which she and her husband Dave McCary purchased in 2021. While their California crib was surprisingly affordable by celebrity standards, we can't exactly say the same for this Southern space. On the market for a staggering $26.5 million, this home is pricey—it's even one of the most expensive listings in Austin—but for good reason.
Nestled in Tarrytown, an upscale neighborhood that's close to downtown Austin and Lady Bird Lake, the brick Georgian-style home dates back to 1840. Turns out, it's reportedly one of the oldest properties in the area. According to The Wall Street Journal, Stone and McCary spent three years restoring the space.
While the approximately 10,000-square-foot mansion boasts four bedrooms in the primary residence, a garage with a screening room, and a two-bedroom guest house, it's the architectural details that really make this home shine. In fact, the listing photos are completely unstaged. It's an unexpected and, quite frankly, rare choice; however, once you see this property's bones, you'll totally understand why. Read on for a peek at the property's photos!
