'Outer Banks' Star Chase Stokes Reveals the Essentials He Uses on Set

The much-anticipated return of Netflix's Outer Banks season 4 is around the corner, with part one dropping on the streamer October 10 and part two following on November 7. That's right: Chase Stokes will be back on our TV screens as lovable protagonist John B before you can say "Pogues for life." If you can't wait (we get it), fans can see the 32-year-old actor embodying a very different role as Peris in the dystopian Netflix film, Uglies, which premiered earlier this month.
Good Housekeeping caught up with Chase (and his adorable golden retriever and German shepherd mix, Milo) to chat about some of the actor's favorite things. And yes, we also got the scoop on Milo's must-haves.
From problem-solving tech to his essential for keeping cozy on set, Chase revealed the products that he has on hand at work, at home and when hanging out with Milo. You could even say we found the treasure.
Ember Temperature Control Smart Mug 2
Even before we asked him to share his morning routine, Chase had this Ember mug in hand. Calling it his "favorite thing," he couldn't get over the "magic" that keeps hot drinks at your preferred temperature all day long.

Chase revealed that his fitness routine consists of steam sessions and workout classes including Pilates and boxing, but he also noted the importance of taking care of his mental health and overall wellness. In addition to therapy, Chase journals regularly to help process what's happened throughout his day.

As Chase points out, South Carolina can get pretty buggy. His recent obsession comes in the form of chasing down flies that make it indoors with an electric fly swatter like this one, which zaps the pesky insects using electricity. What will they think of next?

Chase suffers from allergies, so he makes it a priority to wipe off his dog's paws before going into the house. This way, he won't track pollen or other irritants inside. Chase didn't specify the brand he uses, but these plant-based wipes are the number one bestseller on Amazon.
