A new Fire Country update just reminded us we're getting closer and closer to heading back to Edgewater, Fire Country.

Sure, there are still a few weeks before season 4 of the CBS drama airs on October 17, 2025, and while most information about the show is being kept mostly under wraps, Fire Country's official Instagram just revealed filming has already begun for the new season.

Thanks to a video montage posted on August 12, viewers learned that Fire Country season 4 was officially in production and filming in Vancouver, Canada. What's more, folks got a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming season with snippets of Max Thieriot (who plays Bode Leone), Jordan Calloway (who plays Jake Crawford), Jules Latimer (who plays Eve Edwards), and plenty more of the cast and crew.

"Season 4 … see you soon 😏," the caption read alongside the clip.

Naturally, seeing this unexpected update about Fire Country season 4 set viewers ablaze with excitement online.

"That's my favorite show in the world! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥," one person exclaimed in the comments. "Yes!!!! Can't wait for the new season!!!❤️🔥," another cheered. "Ohhh we're ready!!! Hurry up please, Thank you!!!" a different follower added.

Even though details about Fire Country season 4 are being kept on the down low, we do know one major change is set to occur this season. After three seasons of portraying Gabriela Perez, Stephanie Arcila will not return to the series for season 4. And if that's not enough, the show's season 3 finale indicated that someone in the Leone family will die amid a building fire and collapse in the show's final minutes.

Well, with all of this in mind, it looks like we'll definitely need to keep an eye out for when Fire Country returns to our screens this fall ...
