Dylan Dreyer may be going through changes in her personal life, but it looks like one of her latest career projects is definitely thriving.

While fans of the Today show host may know she has been going through a separation from ex-husband Brian Fichera, she has also been the face of the NBC nature show Earth Odyssey With Dylan Dreyer since 2019. With episodes airing on Saturday mornings on the network, viewers can also catch up on previous installments by streaming the show on Peacock. Well, it looks like there is an exciting development for the series — and Dylan was on hand to help with the announcement.

Thanks to a video posted on Instagram on July 31, viewers learned that Earth Odyssey was renewed for another season on NBC. While it's unclear when new episodes will start airing on the network, Dylan expressed her gratitude for everyone who has been tuning in to see her explore various places all over the world.

"When I get word that we're coming back for another season, I get so excited because it means that you guys enjoy watching it," she stated in the clip. "I've always loved nature shows growing up, so the fact that we can put together a nice show that takes you all around the world makes me so happy and proud to be a part of it, and it makes me even happier that you guys enjoy watching it."

When fans caught on to the fact Dylan had major career news to share, they couldn't contain their excitement online.

"👏 I’ll watch anything with Dylan in it. I love her enthusiasm and how she explains everything to the viewers," one person wrote in the comments. "Glad you're back for a new season 😂😮😍👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️," another declared. "A beautiful host with new beautiful destinations. Thx and can’t wait for the next season Dylan," a different follower added.

We're so excited for Dylan in this new era of her work career! And even though we don't know all the details about the new season of Earth Odyssey, we can't wait to see what new adventures she takes on next.
