Wilmer and Amanda got engaged in 2020 and welcomed Nakano in 2021. Since then, they’ve shared glimpses of their family life as they happily raised her.
“Life is an ever evolving journey, and for all those times when our path needs a light,” Wilmer shared in a post announcing Nakano’s birth on February 21, 2021. “Often angels are sent to show us the way and that we can be more.. straight out of heaven we welcome our first daughter.”
On June 17, 2024, he shared another Instagram post with Nakano. The caption read:
“Being a father is one of the most evolutionary moments in life.. It’s like the matrix, as soon as you hold your child for the first time, something else uploads.. Something that has been in you, waiting to engage, to give you instincts and foresights you didn’t expect was in you.”
As Wilmer embarks on a new journey of being a father of two, it’s clear that out of all of his roles, the ones he plays at home are the most important.
