Kelly Clarkson subtly addressed her future on daytime television — and viewers likely missed what she had to say.

The Kelly Clarkson Show first premiered back in 2019, and fans adore seeing what the host has in store with every episode. But earlier this year, rumors began to swirl of the chance Kelly would leave her hit talk show in order to pursue other projects. And if that wasn't enough, fans were starting to think former Today host Hoda Kotb would take Kelly's place as host on the series.

But on June 26, The Kelly Clarkson Show decided to share with their fans a major clue about Kelly's next steps on television. Thanks to a video montage posted on Instagram, folks learned The Kelly Clarkson Show got renewed for season 7. What's more, new episodes of The Kelly Clarkson Show are slated to premiere in the fall of 2025 on NBC.

"That’s a wrap on Season 6! 🥳✨," the caption read. "Comment your favorite moments and get ready for more fun in Season 7 coming this fall!"

When fans realized Kelly wasn't going to be leaving daytime TV soon, they immediately voiced their elation online.

"YAAAAAAAS!!!! Season 7!!! 😍😍😍," one person wrote in the comments. "Congratulations on a great season! Looking forward to season 7 and hopefully many more," another declared. "This show just keeps getting better and better and is my favorite!❤️❤️👏," a different follower added.

Now, this is the Kelly news we were all waiting for! And while it will be a few months before new episodes of The Kelly Clarkson Show air on NBC, fans will be thrilled to know Kelly isn't exactly leaving TV for the entire summer.

As NBC revealed back in May, Kelly will be hosting four episodes of her recurring "Songs and Stories" segment on The Kelly Clarkson Show. Beginning August 19, 2025 at 10 p.m. ET, viewers can tune in to see the star sing and chat with some of the biggest musicians of today.

Well, there's only one thing to say after all of this. We can't wait to see Kelly back in the hostess seat this fall!
