Jonathan Knight is heading to Las Vegas, and his trip will be full of firsts! Fresh off of his appearance on HGTV's Rock the Block, he and his New Kids on the Block bandmates are starring in their first-ever residency at Park MGM. But even before they reached the Nevada border, he and his bandmate Joey McIntyre hit a special roadtrip milestone.

Joey shared a video of their journey with their fans on Instagram. Jon and Joey are seen road tripping in a convertible and making stops for gas and to get food along the way. Joey says, "I was so flattered when Jon Knight said he'd drive with me from L.A. to Las Vegas. He had never made the iconic drive, and it's kind of a rite of passage. And anybody who knows anything about that drive knows that you have to stop at the Mad Greek. And it's as good as it's always been. It really holds up, as good as my 33-year-old car."

He mentions that they joined NKOTB 40 years ago, and marveled that they're still together: "How sweet is that? How cute is that?"

Joey captioned the post: "The road to Vegas… Literally. Me and my guy @jonathanrknight make the trek to our @nkotb #LasVegas Residency at @mgmgrand @dolbytheatre.
It was his first time making the iconic drive from LA to LV. It was hot as hell but so are we right?😉"

Fans loved seeing this duo on their road trip. One wrote, "There’s no love quite like Jon and Joe love 🩵" and another said, "Epic! For the record you are both braver than I am…I’ve never taken THAT drive with the top down! ☀️ Love to you both 💛💙" One fan commented, "It's the sweetest and cutest. You two and your bond... makes me all 🥹🩵"

Jonathan's husband, Harley Rodriguez, commented with heart emojis, and "Never Gonna Give You Up" singer Rick Astley wrote, "You guys!!!! Have a great time in Vegas, love to you all and your Blockheads! Rick x❤️"

New Kids on The Block: The Right Stuff Las Vegas Residency kicks off on June 20, and dates continue into July, November, and next February.
