Say it isn't so! The HGTV competition series Rock the Block is about to wrap its sixth season in Grantsville, Utah, and we already know there's going to be a major hole in our Monday nights going forward. So far, we've seen the rookie and veteran teams of HGTV stars battle it out room by room, from the entryway to the primary suite to the backyard. And tonight, the moment of truth will come: Will veterans Jordan and Jonathan Knight keep up their winning streak from the previous episode, or will there be a rookie upset, perhaps from Kamohai and Tristyn Kalama? We're sure all of the competitors are envisioning their team name crowning the block's street sign (and fans will probably have a lot to say about the outcome)!

The final votes have yet to be tallied, but until then, we are wondering what exactly is going to happen to these incredible houses, now that they've been renovated from top to bottom. Well, if you've happened to fall in love with a particular home over the course of this seven-episode series, we have good news for you. Keep reading to get the details.

What should I know about the houses on HGTV’s Rock the Block?

For season six, Rock the Block's homes were built by Hamlet Homes in a Grantsville, Utah, housing development. The neighborhood is located right outside of Salt Lake City, boasting incredible 360-degree views with sweeping mountain vistas in the distance. The properties are all identical; each one is a three-story home with 5,500 square feet of living space on a full acre of land (the largest lots in the show's history!). At the start of the series, these homes were valued at $750,000 before any renovations happened.

As avid watchers of the show will know, each team has had six weeks and a budget of $250,000 to renovate their property in accordance with their signature style, while also appealing to the rotating cast of blind guest judges. In the end, whichever home scores the highest final appraisal will earn the winning team bragging rights and a street on the block named in their honor.

Can I buy one of the houses from HGTV’s Rock the Block?

Yes, you can buy one of the houses from HGTV’s Rock the Block! Following the series finale, Hamlet Homes will host a Block Party Weekend on Friday, May 30, and Saturday, May 31, in Grantsville. The event, taking place from 10 a.m. MT to 8 p.m. MT, will give the general public an exclusive first look at the four Rock the Block homes. And attendees will even have the opportunity to purchase one of the four homes at the party!

Even if you're not in the market to buy, everyone is invited for a free tour of the homes. This all-day, family-friendly event will also offer $5 food truck bites, radio remotes, and exciting giveaways. Plus, items from the homes will be auctioned off to benefit Homeaid Utah and other local organizations. If you're interested in attending, you can RSVP for the Hamlet Homes Block Party Weekend—and remember to tune into the Rock the Block series finale!
