When Calls the Heart season 13 may not be on the air just yet ... but it doesn't mean people aren't ready to see it premiere!
The hit drama is currently on hiatus after season 12 finished dropping new episodes on Hallmark. While viewers are waiting to see if there are any new clues about the upcoming season 13, the show's social team decided to drop a breadcrumb during the time in between seasons. Posting a photo of Mike Hickam (played by Ben Rosenbaum) on Instagram on May 19, WCTH wanted to check in on their fans to make sure they're ready for what's coming in Hope Valley.
"Just a little hiatus check-in from your favorite bartender! 😉," read the caption. "How’s everyone doing, Hearties?"
As soon as WCTH fans caught wind of the series' update on social media, they immediately wanted to know when season 13 would be airing on television.
"Hanging in there. Can’t wait for 13!!!" one person wrote in the comments. "Been rewatching all the seasons and episodes in so ready for the new one! ❤️," another penned. "I'm missing my favorite show 😞 I can't wait for it to come back on 😁," a different follower added.
Even though it'll still be a while before we know more about When Calls the Heart season 13, it's nice to know the show is aware we're eagerly waiting. After all, the season 12 finale left folks on a massive cliffhanger when it came to some of the major players living in Hope Valley.
As Elizabeth Thornton (Erin Krakow) and Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry) finally solidified on their romance, Elizabeth's son Jack (Hyland Goodrich) was also diagnosed with diabetes. When the insulin trial Jack was on ended up making him sick, Elizabeth decided to take him to his grandmother Charlotte Thornton (originally played by Brooke Shields) in Cape Fullerton for better medical access. And while the show didn't confirm if Elizabeth and Jack end up back in Hope Valley, it's certainly something folks will want to tune in for when When Calls the Heart season 13 eventually premieres on Hallmark.
Can the show please come back soon??
