Taylor Swift has owned several impressive homes throughout her many eras. Among the real estate gems she no longer keeps is a waterfront mansion in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, near the famous Kennedy compound. Now, the residence awaits new occupants, having recently hit the market for a cool $14.5 million.

Swift briefly owned the seven-bedroom home, located at 27 Marchant Avenue in the village of Hyannis Port, between 2012 and 2013 when she dated Conor Kennedy. She paid just under $5 million for the house, which has direct sight lines to the Kennedy compound. Swift sold it a few months later, following her breakup with Kennedy, for $5.675 million.

Situated on an elevated bluff with 200 feet of private beach, the property was originally built in the late 1920s. The current owners teamed up with architect Dell Mitchell and interior designer Heather Wells to transform the home into a modern coastal retreat with a relaxed yet sophisticated ambience.

Every room in the over 5,000-square-foot home is oriented toward the water, nurturing a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. Big windows and white walls throughout emphasize panoramic views of the Nantucket Sound. Anchoring the home is the dining room, which is outfitted with a table that seats 12, while over in the chef’s kitchen, there’s a big island for food prep and custom cabinetry for ample storage. When it’s time to unwind, the airy sunroom and cozy living room with a fireplace are excellent areas to post up in no matter what the season. The best part? The home is being offered completely furnished, should potential buyers want to scoop it up as is.

Beyond the refreshed interiors, the property features a resort-style pool with a built-in fire pit and various seating options. The private beach is balanced by a healthy portion of green lawn. Other luxury features include guest quarters, a three-car garage, and a circular driveway, which the listing description touts as perfect for “elegant arrivals.”

The Cape Cod pad is certainly a worthy foundation for anyone looking to embrace a Nancy Meyers-inspired coastal grandmother lifestyle.
