Lola Consuelos gave a major update about her personal life ... and her parents have some opinions about it!
The daughter of Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos doesn't often share moments of her romantic life with her followers online. But on April 27, Lola decided she'd clue fans in on her relationship with her longtime boyfriend, British born Cassius Kidston.
The two have reportedly been dating since 2023, and they recently celebrated their anniversary as a couple. As a way to mark the occasion, Lola went on Instagram and shared a series of photos that documented their relationship over the years. What's more, she wrote a short yet poignant caption to share her feelings about the milestone.
"Another year of pure magic ♡‿♡ you’re heavenly," she emotionally wrote about Cassius in the caption.
Given how Lola isn't one to give personal updates like this, seeing her public display of affection caught the attention of her parents and Live With Kelly and Mark co-hosts. Naturally, both Kelly and Mark had to share their opinions about their daughter's romance with Cassius.
"❤️❤️," Kelly replied in the comments. "Congratulations 🎈🎊🎉," Mark added.
And if Kelly and Mark's comments weren't enough, fans were equally excited to see Lola's romantic dedication to Cassius online.
"❤️❤️ Living you best life! Love it!" one person wrote. "So happy for you Lola ❤️," another declared. "Beautiful couple & pictures 👏❤️🙏," a different follower remarked.
Lola's relationship with Cassius was first revealed on a 2023 episode of Live With Kelly and Mark, when her parents announced her move to London. At the time, they noted Lola had started picking up some British slang — likely an effect of dating someone from the U.K.
While Lola showing off moments with Cassius may seem a bit unexpected, this isn't the first time she's displayed her romance on social media. She actually shared a look at their relationship back in July 2024, when she celebrated Cassius' 25th birthday on Instagram.
"Twenty five has never looked this handsome!!!" she wrote at the time. "
"I’ll never want to know a day without you 🦦."
How sweet!
