Susan Lucci is officially back — and she's giving fans a new glimpse into the journey she took to get here.

Fans know the actress for starring as Erica Kane on All My Children. But some may not know she's also an accomplished author, releasing a memoir about her life in Hollywood (titled All My Life) in October 2011. It seems there's more to Susan's story ... and she's taking fans on a new adventure in the form of a brand-new memoir.

Sharing the announcement on Good Morning America on April 28, Susan revealed her new book La Lucci is set to hit shelves on February 3, 2026. The memoir is available to pre-order now on Amazon. Susan explained how excited she is to tell more of her stories, sharing the ins and outs of her life in a way fans haven't had access to before.

"Good morning, America. I'm Susan Lucci and I'm so excited to share a big announcement with you," she stated in a clip posted on Instagram. "15 years after my first book was released, I'm back to share new chapters in my life with my new memoir La Lucci. It's an intimate glimpse into my life, with stories I've never told before. This book is directly from my heart. I can't wait for you to read it."

Upon seeing Susan's surprise career update, fans couldn't stop showering her with words of excitement.

"Wow Congrats Susan!! Can’t wait to read this! 👏 💜," one person wrote in the comments. "Great news! How fun! 🤩," another agreed. "Ordering immediately!!!" a different follower added.

As far as what kinds of stories Susan is telling in La Lucci, the book's official description on Amazon states that the book "explores Susan's journey through love, joy, reinvention, and resilience in the face of profound loss — both personal and professional." And if that wasn't enough, she added how elated she was that her followers will get the chance to know her in a different way.

"Thank you so much, @GMA for announcing my new book — La Lucci this morning!!!" she stated in a follow-up Instagram post. "I’ve been working on this book for over a year—it’s my voice as you’ve never heard it before. I’m so proud to bring it to you—and I am so excited for you to read it! ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽."
