Looks like Sweet Magnolias fans will get another go-around in Serenity.

Season 4 of the hit drama premiered on Netflix back in February, and fans have been itching to know if the show will be coming back for another season anytime soon. Well, Netflix decided to delight fans on April 23, when they delivered an exciting update about the future of the show.

In an announcement originally revealed by Deadline, viewers learned Sweet Magnolias would return for season 5 on Netflix. And that's not all — JoAnna Garcia Swisher (who plays Maddie Townsend) went on Instagram to share how grateful she is for the opportunity.

"I love these people and nothing makes me happier to be getting to do another season of @sweetmagnoliasnetflix!!" she wrote alongside a series of images taken with her fellow cast and crew on set. "Season 5 is officially coming your way! Wherever we go The Magnolias will find the magic, mirth, and margaritas! Thanks to @netflix and all of YOU for allowing us to continue telling our story! 🗽❤️ 🌅."

When fans realized they missed both the news and JoAnna's reaction to Sweet Magnolias being renewed, there was an immediate rush of excitement flooding the comments.

"Love all of this and all of you. 😍 See you in Serenity!" one person wrote. "My comfort show!!!! Can’t wait for szn 5!!! ❤️❤️," another exclaimed. "POUR IT OUT!! I love this show so much!!!! ❤️❤️," a different follower declared.

This is the best piece of Sweet Magnolias news we could've asked for! And if that's not enough, Netflix's Tudum is already sharing some details about what fans can expect from season 5.

As showrunner and executive producer Sheryl J. Anderson told the outlet in an exclusive statement, it looks like one element from Sweet Magnolias season 4 will continue on in season 5. Fans may remember Maddie got a job working for a publishing house in New York City. Well, fans will get the chance to see Maddie living out her dreams — and how her loved ones react to it.

"We are thrilled to let the Magnolias take Manhattan," she shared. "Not only is this adventure huge fun, it’s also an opportunity to explore the facets of their relationships in a new context. While it’s crucial to have true friends in day-to-day life, it’s priceless to have them supporting you when you leap out of your comfort zone."

We're so excited for this!
